Shahid Kapoor and team Bloody Daddy marked their presence at the trailer launch of the high-octane action-drama film. Shahid Kapoor opted for a grey suit for the event and looked spectacular as ever. He was accompanied by the film's director Ali Abbas Zafar, who showed up for the launch in a black suit. Apart from releasing the trailer, the team of Bloody Daddy also interacted with the media. The centre of attraction, however, was the Jab We Met star, who looked stellar in the trailer of his upcoming movie as well.

Meanwhile, the trailer of Shahid Kapoor's upcoming film Bloody Daddy released on Wednesday and it was every bit as intense and dark as expected. The trailer charts the journey of the protagonist Shahid Kapoor as he works around his way to return a bag of cocaine to a gangster (Ronit Roy) but is obstructed in the way by Diana Penty and Rajeev Khandelwal.
Sharing the trailer on social media, Shahid Kapoor wrote in his caption, "One hell of a bloody night...Trailer out now! Bloody Daddy. Watch Bloody Daddy on Jio Cinema, streaming free on 9th June."

Bloody Daddy is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and it has been produced by Jyoti Deshpande. The film is slated to release in theatres on June 9 of this year.
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor was last seen in Raj and DK's crime thriller series Farzi. Before that, he featured in the sports drama Jersey. The actor will be seen next in an untitled romantic film with Kriti Sanon.
