Shah Rukh Khan, naam toh suna hoga? The dialogue will be familiar to SRK fans but the superstar's character in Jawan couldn't be more unlike Rahul of Dil To Pagal Hai. The highly anticipated Jawan “prevue,” as it is officially styled, is out and it doesn't get bigger than this. The action-packed clip features a voiceover by Shah Rukh Khan and begins with him in hero mode – turns out, though, that it's his origin story and this hero certainly lives long enough to see himself become a villain. And what a villain he makes – with a striking bald pate, henchwomen who are armed and dangerous, and a chilling personality to match his look as proved in his closing jig inside a metro train to Beqarar Karke Hamen Yun Na Jaiye from the 1962 film Bees Saal Baad.
The Jawan prevue is mostly Shah Rukh Khan (we're not complaining) with glimpses of his megawatt co-stars – Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, and… wait for it… Deepika Padukone, no less, in a special appearance.
The prevue was shared by Shah Rukh Khan on his social media handles with the caption, "Main kaun hoon, kaun nahin, jaanne ke liye (Who am I and who am I not, are you ready to know), READY AH?#JawanPrevue Out Now!#Jawan releasing worldwide on 7th September 2023, in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu."

The Pathaan star on Saturday treated his fans to a short video, announcing the release date of the highly-anticipated prevue of the film. The text appearing on the video reads, "Jawan prevue at 10:30 am on July 11, Ready ah?" Sharing the video on his social media handles, Shah Rukh Khan wrote, "Main punya hoon ya paap hoon?... Main bhi aap hoon…#JawanPrevueOn10July #Jawan releasing worldwide on 7th September 2023, in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu." This announcement left the fans excited as many expressed their thoughts on the comments section. One wrote, "Finally!! The Strom coming. Forever ready for you Chief," while another gushed, "Always Ready khan sahab." The post also saw a comment from his Jawan co-star Riddhi Dogra, who wrote, "Yayy."

Shah Rukh Khan fans have been waiting for any and all updates about his next film Jawaan. Last month, the actor answered some fan questions about the project during an ask me anything session on Twitter and revealed some interesting details about the project. For instance, one fan asked, “Hello @iamsrk sir, what are your plans in the evening? #AskSRK.” To this, SRK answered, “Was thinking will watch Jawaan with Atlee.”

Another worried fan asked SRK why there is not enough promotional campaign for Jawaan. The user said, “When Jawaan trailer will be out sir? And why am feeling there is not enough promotion for Jawaan?” To this, SRK candidly replied, “The fact that you are asking about Jawaan is promotion enough!”
Jawan will also feature Sanya Malhotra and Priyamani. The film has been produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment and the music has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
