'Operation Raavan' lands a gripping teaser in the form of First Thrill

'Operation Raavan' is the title of 'Palasa 1978' fame Rakshit Atluri. A suspense thriller, the film has got Radhika Sarathkumar in the role of a powerful woman. Its teaser launch event was held today. Businessman Venkata Satya Vara Prasad Atluri is its director. His son is the film's hero.

Speaking on the occasion, director Maruthi said, "It is rare for a father to direct his son's movie. Prasad is a good friend of mine. His passion for cinema was brought out by 'Palasa 1978' and 'London Babu'. I was surprised to know that he was directing his son. The caption, 'Your thoughts are your enemies', is intriguing."

Director Kalyan Krishna said that many directors with novel ideas want to work with Rakshit. He added that Rakshit has lined up three impressive films: 'Operation Raavan', 'Narakasura' and 'Sasivadana'.

Composer Shravana Vasudevan thanked the director and recounted the challenges he encountered while doing the project. He added that the songs in the film are not in the regular pattern.

'Sasivadane' producer Ahiteja Bellamkonda hoped that both 'Operational Raavan' and his film give the audience a unique feel. He suggested that Rakshit is a down-to-earth person who doesn't make costly demands from his producers.

Raghu Kunche said that Prasad was one of the involved players during the making of 'Palasa'. "Rakshit is a very decent person. Even though he was born with a silver spoon, he is very polite," the composer said, adding that he hopes the Prasad-Rakshit duo become the Rakesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan of Telugu cinema.

Actress Radhika said that she loved Rakshit in 'Palasa'. "The director and his team have never compromised in getting great output regarding 'Operation Raavan'. Many seasoned artists have done the film. Rakshit is a very hard-working and sincere person. His eyes speak a lot."

Hero Rakshit said, "My father Venkata Satya Vara Prasad established Sweet Magic in 1995. He came from a humble background. Today, he has given jobs to thousands of people through Sweet Magic. He is now directing 'Operation Raavan'. I hope this movie will get recognition across the nation. The audience can question me by grabbing me by the collar if they don't like this movie. I am so confident."
