In 2021, Chennai-based entrepreneur Saravanan Arul made an acting debut with the film 'The Legend' (Tamil). The film, also dubbed and released in Telugu, was described as an uncreative rehash of Rajinikanth's 'Sivaji: The Boss'. Some critics even called it a bloated ego trip.

Although the expensive project was a commercial failure, Arul is now ready for his sophomore outing. It seems his second film will be set in Kashmir. Taking to social media, he posted a pic of himself in Kashmir, promising new updates now that the wait is over.

Netizens are trolling the actor by mockingly calling him India's Michael Jackson, and asking if he is doing a cameo in Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo', whose Kashmir schedule is currently on. A Twitter user quipped that it would be awesome if he does a multi-starrer with all characters essayed by himself!
