Twitter's blue tick policy has been the talk of the town. A few days after removing the legacy blue ticks from all the accounts, the social media platform decided to restore the badge for users with more than one million followers. This decision didn't go down well with a set of users who, initially, paid a fee for the blue tick. Now, legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan reacted to Twitter's decision with a humour-loaded post. The actor, in his signature style, wrote, “Are Mare Gaye Gulfaam, Biraj Mein Mare Gaye Gulfaam…Aye, Twitter maasi, chahi, behan, tai, bua…Whatever is your name…You made us pay the fee and removed the blue ticket permanently. Now, you are saying that people with more than one million followers will get it for free. I have 48.4 million followers, what should I do now? Khel Khatam, paisa hajam?”

Priyanka Chopra, who was keeping busy with the promotion event of her upcoming web series Citadel, was surprised to see her blue tick. She tweeted, “Woah! Dunno how but the blue tick is back. I'm Priyanka again.”

Before this, when the blue tick was gone, Priyanka Chopra tweeted, "No blue tick. Still feels like me tho.”

Actress Malavika Mohanan asked, “The blue tick is randomly back again? What is happening?”

Singer Mika Singh shared a thank you note for Twitter CEO Elon Musk for “returning back the blue tick”. Along with a pic featuring himself, Mika Singh tweeted, “Good morning @elonmuskBhaaji tussi chha gaye, maza aa gaya. Well, thank you so much tussi mere blue tick wapas karta .. bro @elonmusk you are great and wonderful. Thank you very much for returning my blue tick.”

Echoing a similar sentiment, singer Armaan Malik said, “Yes, the blue tick is back. No, I didn't pay for it as it might suggest when you click on it. If they take it back again for some reason, it genuinely wouldn't bother me.”

So what do you have to say about it?
