Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram', directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Kollywood, has blocked its release date. It will hit the cinemas on June 3, long after other Southern box office heavyweights have been released in theatres. 'Vikram' is the first major film to book its slot after the Summer of 2022.
Today, a crisp making video of 'Vikram' was released as an unexpected treat. And it leaves no one in doubt that the film is going to be the most stylish actioner ever done by Kamal. The budget is high. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has cast Vijay Sethupathi in a raw role. Fahadh Faasil has an admittedly power-packed role.
Kamal said that he is waiting for the release of the movie with a bated breath. It shows that the 'Indian 2' actor, who is also one of its producers, is very excited about the film.
'Vikram' marks the coming together of Kalidas Jayaram, Narain, Arjun Das and Shivani Narayanan in supporting roles. Music Director Anirudh Ravichander is in charge of the music composition in the movie, while the Cinematography is handled by Girish Gangadharan.
