Are you restlessly waiting for Atrangi Re? Well, the Aanand L Rai film has definitely made us curious with its quirky trailer and funky songs. But Sara Ali Khan feels that there is a need for something more to hook us to the upcoming film. Just one day before its release, Sara has shared behind-the-scenes glimpses with her Instafam. And, we are loving it, to say the least. She has shared footage from her Day 1 shoot. The clip opens to Sara preparing for a night shooting. She said, "We are shooting right now in the middle of the night. It's cold and I am drenched. Lekin mazey aa rahe hai. Har shot mein acha lag raha hai [But it's fun. I'm enjoying every shot]."
Then, Sara Ali Khan, who is wrapped up in a shawl, said, "Pehli baar barish mein shoot nahi kar rahi. Lekin bhul gayi thi ki bohot thandi hoti hai [I'm not shooting under the rain for the first time. But I forgot that it can get very cold]." After watching her run for a shot, the director commented, "Full athlete ki tarah bhagi yeh [She ran like an athlete]." Sara Ali Khan has captioned the video, "1 day to go. So thought let's throwback to day 1. Can't believe it's nearly time."

Earlier, Sara Ali Khan had shared another behind-the-scenes video from the sets of Atrangi Re. There, we hear Aanand L Rai talk about his bonding with the three actors, Akshay Kumar, Dhanush and Sara, in this film. The video also gave us glimpses of Sara's playful character. She captioned it, "Picture banayi Atrangi Re. Kirdar iske satrangi re. Dekho ek jhalak tum bhi re."
Sara Ali Khan recently dropped an appreciation post for co-star Dhanush. She wrote, "Most inspiring actor, most supportive friend, most helpful team player, and most importantly my dearest Vishu. I cannot imagine this journey without your selfless help, constant motivation and of course your delicious sapda (a south Indian dish). Thank you for making this already most special journey for me forever unforgettable."
Atrangi Re is scheduled to release on Disney+ Hotstar on December 24.
