Mom-to-be Gauahar Khan has been sharing glimpses of her pregnancy diaries with fans every now and then. The actress is expecting her first child with husband Zaid Darbar. In his latest post, the singer has hilariously summed up his reaction to Gauahar's “pregnancy cravings.” He shared a video that shows the actress screaming. “Pregnancy cravings be real,” reads the text on it. In the next shot, Zaid can be seen making tea hurriedly while also checking time and of course, Gauahar's mood. “Chai time,” reads the pop-up text. As soon as he hands over a cup of tea to his wife, she calms down and he breathes a sigh of relief. “Daayan bani farishta (devil transformed into a fairy),” reads the hilarious text on the clip, showing Gauahar enjoying her tea time. However, the post is far from reality, revealed Zaid in the caption. “Just kidding! She's nothing like this,” he wrote with a couple of fun emoticons.
Even Zaid Darbar's sister Anam agreed with his caption. She commented, “Aise bilkul nahi hai (she's not like this at all)! She's exactly the opposite!” and added a laughing icon. Actress Sameera Reddy, too, reacted to the Reels. She wrote, “So cute (red heart and fire icons). This is the time to be pampered!” Actresses Simran Kaur Mundi and Charrul Malik also dropped laughing icons on the post.
Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar announced their pregnancy in December last year. They shared an animated video, in which they wrote about embarking on a new journey. The clip starts with this text, “One became two when Z (Zaid) met G (Gauahar). And now the adventure continues as we become Three! Gauahar and Zaid +1, In Sha Allah. Seeking all your prayers and blessings in this new journey.” The caption on their post read, “Bismillah hir Rahmaan nir Raheem. Need all your love and prayers. Ma sha Allah!”
A few days after making the grand announcement, the couple recreated a video on the exact location that they visited two years ago. Then, they were “just in love” but this time, they “were at the same spot, married and with (their) blessing too.” The caption on Gauahar's post read, “2 years ago, we were at the same spot, just in love. 2 years later, we were at the same spot, married and with our blessing too! Alhamdulillah, Ma sha Allah! Thank you, Zaid, for the best 2 years of my life. A partner in love, in disagreements, in happiness, in sorrows! I'm very grateful to Allah for bringing you into my life. I love you. #happy2 to us, jaanus.”
