'DJ Tillu' is heading to theatres on February 12. At the film's pre-release event held in Hyderabad, the team of the film exuded confidence in content.

Speaking on the occasion, actor Siddhu Jonnalagadda said that the buzz around the film has been great. "I have been hearing of great bookings, sold-out shows, terrific pre-release business," he said, thanking producer S Naga Vamsi and Trivikram Srinivas, whose wife is one of the producers of the film.

The 'Guntur Talkies' actor said that Thaman has composed the background score like any big-star film. He also thanked his co-star Neha Shetty.

Debutant director Vimal Krishna thanked his parents before speaking about the movie. "Coming to 'DJ Tillu', the lead characters were born out of our everyday experiences. Tillu and Radhika would react to a few peculiar situations that they encounter," he said, thanking the producer for giving him and co-writer Siddhu creative freedom.

Producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi said that the execution is top-notch and that the impact only multiplied manifold when he watched the film (compared to when he listened to the script).

Prince, who has a key role in the movie, said that he enjoyed doing the comedy entertainer.

Guest and actor Vishwak Sen said, "Every dialogue in 'DJ Tillu' is like a bullet. The teaser, songs have created a great impact among audiences."

Director Praveen Sattaru, another guest, said that the character DJ Tillu reflects the off-screen personality of Siddhu.

The film has music by Ram Miriyala and Sricharan Pakala. Brahmaji has a key role.
