Jackie Shroff's Teacher's Day post, featuring his parents, brother and director Subhash Ghai is melting hearts and how. Director Subhash Ghai, who recently celebrated 30 years of his iconic film Khalnayak, found a special mention in Jackie Shroff's post. The Khalnayak actor claimed that Subhash Ghai gave him "unforgettable guidance on set." Sharing a bunch of throwback gems from his childhood and early days in cinema, Jackie Shroff wrote, "From my first lessons at home by my parents and brother to the unforgettable guidance on set with Mr. Subhash Ghai, I've come a long way! My teachers will always have a special respect in my heart for molding me into the person I am today. Happy Teacher's Day. Thank you."

Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff along with Khalnayak director Subhash Ghai reunited in Mumbai to celebrate 30 years of the film. During the reunion, other artists including the vocalists were also present. Madhuri Dixit, who was not present at the event, congratulated the whole team through a video message. She said, "Congratulations to Mukta Arts, Subhash ji, and the whole team of Khalnayak on completing thirty years."

Meanwhile, amidst Khalnayak 2 rumours doing the rounds on social media, director Subhash Ghai posted a throwback picture of Sanjay Dutt and wrote, “As reported in a section of media, let me clarify that Mukta Arts has not signed any actor for Khalnayak 2 though we have been working on its script for last three years with no immediate plan to go on the floor. As of now, we're celebrating 30 years of khalnayak with stars on 4th Sept in Mumbai.”
