Karan Johar hosted a house party on Monday night and the guest list comprised only close friends. Karan Johar's mentee and actor Alia Bhatt and her husband Ranbir Kapoor were pictured outside the filmmaker's house. The couple were twinning in white outfits. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were not the only couple present at the house party. We also spotted Malaika Arora and boyfriend Arjun Kapoor. Aditya Roy Kapur and Ananya Panday, rumoured to be dating, were also in attendance. Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji was also on the guest list.

Malaika Arora and boyfriend Arjun Kapoor were pictured arriving at the party together. Both Malaika and Arjun happen to be close friends of the filmmaker. KJo and Malaika have judged several reality shows together.
Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur, who are said to be dating, were also pictured at the bash. (They were clicked in separate cars). KJo gave Ananya Panday her big Bollywood debut with Dharma Productions' . Aditya starred in the Karan Johar-produced Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

On the work front, Karan Johar will soon make an action film. He also directed Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles. He was also seen judging the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 10. Karan Johar's Dharma Productions has a bunch of upcoming films lined-up including Yodha. The recent releases include Jug Jugg Jeeyo, Liger, Brahmastra, Govinda Naam Mera to name a few.
Karan Johar is best known for directing films like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham..., Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, to name a few. He is often seen judging reality shows as well. Karan Johar is returning to direction after many years with the film. His last directorial project was Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, starring Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor. The film released in 2016.
