Even though Arjun Kapoor is in Paris with Malaika Arora, the actor is making sure he reacts to his birthday wishes. He celebrated his birthday on June 26 and on Tuesday, Arjun shared his cousin, Sonam Kapoor's post on his Instagram story, mentioning that he wants her to come (home) soon as he will now be officially called "chachu (uncle)". He wrote, "Love you. Miss you. Come home soon now I'm excited to officially be called Arjun Chachu!!!" Sonam Kapoor, who at her London home, is pregnant with her first child with husband Anand Ahuja.

On Sunday, Sonam had posted a string of throwback images with Arjun and wrote, "Happy happy birthday. 15 days apart in birthdays. So we've grown up hand in hand from childhood to adulthood. Love you brother. May you flourish and prosper because you deserve it all."

Arjun Kapoor's sister Anshula Kapoor had also posted childhood photos of Arjun, one of which features him being fed cake by his late mom Mona Shourie Kapoor. A part of her caption read, "Happy birthday to my number one human in the entire universe. You show me every day what it feels like to be surrounded by a force field of unconditional love." Arjun reacted to Anshula's post and dropped a few red heart emojis.

Meanwhile, both Arjun and Malaika have been updating their fans with pictures from their vacation. Arjun even shared a post about Malaika wearing his jumper and added the hashtag "sharing is caring". He wrote "His by day...Hers by night...Swipe right for more details."

On the work front, Arjun is going to feature in Ek Villain 2 co-starring John Abraham, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria. Sonam, on the other hand, will star in Sujoy Ghosh's Blind.
