'Venky', which was released in theaters originally in 2004, is now going to be re-released in theatres for the first time in a decade. The comedy actioner is going to hit the cinemas on December 30 to woo the New Year's Eve crowds.

Last time, the New Year's Eve crowds were wooed by Pawan Kalyan's 'Kushi'. The film grossed extremely well in theatres upon its re-release. Itis now the turn of the Ravi Teja-Srinu Vaitla comedy to script a new record.

Considering that 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' recently minted crores of rupees at the box office upon its re-release, 'Venky' is expected to amass not less than Rs 5-6 Cr (Gross). The audience are eagerly waiting to enjoy the train scene involving Ravi Teja, Brahmanandam, Venu Madhav, Srinivas Reddy, AVS, and Sneha.
