Deepika Padukone, who unveiled the FIFA World Cup 2022 trophy on Sunday, "couldn't have asked for more." Making India proud, the actress became the first Indian to unveil the trophy. She along with former Spanish goalkeeper Iker Casillas escorted the FIFA trophy to the football ground. Now, she has shared a video on her Instagram handle and written a note expressing her happiness and how "grateful" she is. In the video, the actress looks breathtaking in a white shirt paired with a statement jacket and black tulle skirt. To accentuate her look, the actress can be seen in boots and sporting red lipstick. Sharing the post, the actress wrote, "From unveiling the FIFA World Cup Trophy to witnessing one of the greatest games in sporting history, I truly couldn't have asked for more..." She used the hashtags "Grateful" and "FIFA World Cup 2022."

Ranveer Singh also shared many moments on his Instagram stories from FIFA World Cup 2022, starting from Deepika unveiling the trophy to Argentina winning the tournament. As his wife unveiled the trophy, the actor shared a video and captioned it as "Bursting with pride. That's my baby!" Sharing another video from the ceremony, he tagged Deepika and wrote, "Just check her out! Sparkling on the world's biggest stage!"
