Jawan Box Office Collection Day 12: Shah Rukh Khan's Film Crosses KGF 2 (Hindi)

Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan crossed the lifetime business of KGF 2 (Hindi). Now, the film emerged as the fourth highest grossing Hindi film. In the chart, Jawan holds its place after Baahubali 2 (Hindi), Gadar 2 and Pathaan. Jawan also passed the second Monday test with flying colours. Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh described the second Monday performance of Jawan in these words, "the hold on [second] Mon is simply superb." The movie earned on Monday Rs 14.25 crore alone and thus the total earnings of the movie now stand at Rs 444.69 crore. The Tamil and Telugu versions of the movie also hit half century at the box office.

Taran Adarsh also shared a post about Jawan fetching the fastest Rs 450 crore. Jawan crossed Rs 450 crore today and the movie earned this feat within 13 days of its release. Next to Jawan is Gadar 2, which earned Rs 450 crore in 17 days. Take a look at Taran Adarsh's post here:

Jawan opened to stellar reviews from both critics and fans. In his review for NDTV, film critic Saibal Chatterjee gave the film 3.5 stars out of 5. He wrote, "Who is better equipped to do all this than SRK, who, even when he plays a larger-than-life action hero on a mission to take down a powerful industrialist who has wronged him and his nation in more ways than one, can stay rooted in the real world and animate the canvas with humanity even as he projects an invincible, superhero-like persona?"
