Rohit Shetty’s Ranveer Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde starrer Cirkus to release on December 31, 2021
Rohit Shetty had announced Cirkus in October 2020. The film is being produced by Reliance Entertainment, Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Rohit Shetty.
Rohit Shetty had announced Cirkus featuring Ranveer Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde in October last year, and the leading man had soon started shooting for the film in November 2020. Pinkvilla now has a new update on the film. We have learnt that Rohit’s Cirkus will release on December 31, 2021. A source close to the development informs that the makers believe that New Year’s Eve is the perfect date to introduce a film like Cirkus for the audience.
Besides Ranveer, Jacqueline and Pooja, the film also features Varun Sharma, Sanjay Mishra and Johnny Lever in pivotal roles. Recently while speaking to Pinkvilla, Shibasish Sarkar, CEO, Reliance Entertainment, had revealed that Cirkus is expected to wrap up by March end or early April, and they are targeting to release the film by 2021 end or early part of 2022. Meanwhile, Ranveer’s Kabir Khan directed ‘83 is also scheduled to release on June 4, 2021. The actor announced the release date on his social media accounts recently.
Cirkus is Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh’s second outing post the 2018 action-comedy Simmba. Just like Cirkus, Simmba too was a year-end release. Cirkus is produced by Reliance Entertainment, Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Rohit Shetty. 
Meanwhile, fans are eagerly waiting for the release date of the Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi. Besides Akshay, the upcoming cop-drama also features Katrina Kaif. Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh make a special appearance too.
Besides Cirkus and ‘83, Ranveer Singh also has Divyang Thakkar’s Jayeshbhai Jordaar in the pipeline.
