Gauri Khan is on a vacation in Rome with her friends and needless to say, is having a great time exploring the Italian capital. The designer-entrepreneur has been sharing pictures from the summer getaway with her gang including author-designer Shweta Bachchan Nanda. In the images, Gauri and Shweta are seen posing in front of several ancient monuments including the famous Roman Forum. Wearing a dress and sneakers, Gauri chose a rather comfortable ensemble for her day out with friends in the city. In the caption, Gauri said, “Can't get enough of Rome.”
Replying to the post, Seema Sajdeh, the Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives star and friend of Gauri Khan said, “Looking good girls,” with a heart emoji.
Before Rome, Gauri Khan was also seen exploring Milan, one of the world's foremost fashion and design capitals. In the caption, the interior designer said, “Milan…A place for artists, brands and curators to come together, innovation of technique and material through design #Salonedelmobile.”
Gauri Khan and Shweta Bachchan's Italian sojourn comes at a time when their children, Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda are making their Bollywood debut with the Netflix project, The Archies. Helmed by Zoya Akhtar, The Archies will feature Agastya as Archie and Suhana as Veronica, the trailer suggests.
Sharing one of the first posters of the project, Gauri Khan wrote, “Congratulations…All the best to all the amazing kids and team of #TheArchies. And who better than Zoya Akhtar to guide them through this journey. You did it, Suhana Khan.”
On Instagram, Gauri Khan often shares several posts dedicated to her friends and family. Recently, Gauri also shared the teaser of her husband Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film Jawan and said, “Now good to go chief.” Cute, isn't it?
Similarly, on the occasion of friend and filmmaker Karan Johar's 50th birthday, Gauri Khan shared a set of throwback pictures and said, “Dearest Karan It's the little things you do and say…that make you the person you are. You listen and make everything right. Thank you for bringing so much love and laughter into all our lives. Best birthday wishes from my family to yours …love you.”
