Qala star Triptii Dimri is celebrating her 29th birthday today. The actress, who is known for her performances in Bulbbul and Laila Majnu, has been receiving heartwarming birthday wishes from her colleagues and friends. Anushka Sharma, who has worked with Tripti on Bulbbul, posted a stunning photo of the actress on her Instagram Stories. In the caption, Anushka wrote, “Happy birthday, Tripti. Wishing you love and light always.” Anushka, when she was the co-founder of the production house Clean Slate Filmz, had backed Bulbbul. Triptii's critically acclaimed performance in the Netflix film catapulted her into stardom. But last year, Anushka stepped down from the production house duties, leaving her brother Karnesh Sharma as the sole in charge of Clean Slate Filmz.

Actor Vicky Kaushal also shared an adorable birthday wish for the “Qala”kar. He posted a beautiful black and white photo of Tripti Dimri and wrote, “Happy birthday to you, you wonderful ‘Qala'kar!”

Vicky Kaushal and Tripti Dimri will be seen together in a romantic comedy. The film has been directed by Anand Tiwari. It will mark Tripti's 6th project in Bollywood.

Tripti Dimri started her career in Bollywood with the 2017 film Poster Boys. She worked alongside Sunny and Bobby Deol in the Shreyas Talpade directorial. Next, Tripti starred in Laila Majnu, which was directed by Imtiaz Ali's brother Sajid Ali. But none of these films brought her fame and recognition. 

Netflix's Bulbbul was a milestone project in Tripti Dimri's career. She received much love for her performance in the film. 

Tripti Dimri was last seen in Anvitaa Dutt's Qala, which marked the acting debut of Irrfan Khan's son Babil. The film also featured Swastika Mukherjee.
