Hint: It is related to Ek Villain Returns. The promotion campaign is on and the star cast, Arjun Kapoor, Tara Sutaria, Disha Patani, and John Abraham, is leaving no stone unturned. Well, if you ask us to pick our favourite then it has to be Arjun Kapoor without second thoughts. Reason? The Ek Villain is all set to face the Naagin aka Tejasswi Prakash in the upcoming episode. Do we need to say more? The actor has shared a video to amp up our excitement. Arjun Kapoor and Tejasswi, with the signature Ek Villain face mask, are moving in circles. A few seconds later, the two reveal their faces and pose for the camera. The caption read, “When Naagin met Ek Villain and Dil played on loop.” For those who don't know, Dil, sung by Raghav Chaitanya, is one of the latest tracks released by the makers.
Arjun Kapoor will soon appear in the upcoming episode of Naagin 6. The actor was spotted on the sets of the daily soap alongside the show's producer Ekta Kapoor, reported news agency ANI. Ekta's Balaji Telefilms is one of the producers for Ek Villain Returns
Drawing similarities between Ek Villain and Naagin, Arjun Kapoor said, "I was excited to come and experience this crossover of Ek Villain and Naagin as both the film and show have romance, thrill, and exciting twists and turns in common. And, that's why I asked Ekta to make this happen and in fact, she also wanted me to do something in this regard.”
On sharing the screenspace with the Bigg Boss sensation Tejasswi Prakash, Arjun Kapoor said, “Maine bhaut kharaab joke bhi crack kiya Tejasswi ke saath...maine kaha ki mujhe lagta hai aapki favourite film Karan Arjun hi hogi toh unhone kaha ki ye zaroor batana logon ko ki tumne itna acha joke crack kiya [I have cracked some PJs with Tejasswi. I even said that her favourite must have been Karan Arjun.]".
Ek Villain Returns, directed by Mohit Suri, will release on July 29. The film is jointly produced by T-series and Balaji Telefilms.
