Jug Jugg Jeeyo's The Punjaabban Song is B-town's favourite new track and a cursory glance at social media platforms will prove this to you. In addition to the film's stellar star cast, several other celebrities have also shared videos in which they are dancing to the peppy number. The latest on the list is Vicky Kaushal, who has shared a clip in which he is dancing alongside producer Amritpal Singh Bindra to The Punjaabban Song. In the post, the two artists are seen performing the hook step. Sharing the video, Vicky said, “As Punjabi as it can get. Loved dancing to Nach Punjaabban with my brother Amritpal Singh Bindra. Our love and best wishes to the Team of Jug Jugg Jeeyo.”
Replying to the post, Vicky Kaushal's wife, actress Katrina Kaif said, “Amritpal Singh Bindra, you have killed it.” Director Anand Tiwari wrote, “Hahaha, love it.”
“This is litt…best ever. Nothing beats this one,” said Angad Bedi.
Ananya Panday wrote, “Amrit! Best,” with heart-eye and laughing emojis. Mini Mathur said, “Hahaha, love. A career in Punjabi dancing beckons, Amritpal Singh Bindra.”
Varun Dhawan, who plays the lead role in the ensemble-starrer, said, “The funjabis in the house,” with heart and fire emojis, adding, “Amrittttt paaaaji best.” Anil Kapoor, who plays an important role in the film said, “This is insanely epic.”
Actor Varun Dhawan teamed up with his dad and filmmaker David Dhawan for a fun video. In this clip, both father and son are dancing in perfect synchrony to the banger track. Sharing the video, Varun said, “Enjoyed doing the famstep with my dad. Since the wedding banger Naach Punjaabban is out now, send your reels with your families or loved ones.”
Replying to the post, Katrina Kaif dropped heart emojis.
Neetu Kapoor, who plays the matriarch in the film, also shared a dance Reels alongside her Dance Deewane Juniors co-judges actress-dancer Nora Fatehi and choreographer Marzi Pestonji. The trio is also joined by Shilpa Shetty in the video. Sharing the clip, Neetu Kapoor wrote, “Got my other on-screen family Nora Fatehi and Marzi Pestonji to do the hook step and we are hooked. And, a very special thanks to Shilpa Shetty for joining it and making it more fun.”
Liger stars Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday also shared a video of them grooving to the fun track. The two stars are seen having fun as they perform the hook step. Sharing the post, Ananya wrote, “Hooked to this step and the vibe of this song! As they say - Jug Jugg Jeeyo to the team and all our love for the film from Team Liger.” Both Liger and Jug Jugg Jeeyo are produced by Dharma Productions.
Jug Jugg Jeeyo, directed by Raj Mehta, is slated to hit the theatres on June 24. The film stars Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Maniesh Paul and Prajakta Koli.
