Shahid Kapoor is busy with the promotional duties of his upcoming film, Bloody Daddy. In a recent interview, the actor revealed what he would like to steal from Kareena Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. The actor also shared the names of South actresses with whom he wants to work in the future. During a rapid-fire round with Bollywood Bubble, Shahid was asked to name the one thing he would like to steal or imbibe from fellow stars. For Kareena Kapoor, who was in a relationship with Shahid in the early aughts, the actor said: “She always had a superstar quality, right from her first film, that was special about her.”
When asked about Deepika Padukone, with whom Shahid Kapoor has worked in "Padmaavat", he said: “Her eyes, she has got these big, beautiful, expressive eyes. It is really good for an actor.”
Shahid Kapoor was then asked about the South stars with whom he wishes to collaborate. For action films, Shahid chose Fahadh Faasil, Kamal Haasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran. When it came to his female co-stars, the actor said: “Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Rashmika Mandanna, I would love to work with. Anushka Shetty is such a great actor, would love to collaborate with her if I get a chance.”
During the same interview, Shahid Kapoor was asked to give titles using “Bloody” to some leading Bollywood actors. He called Salman Khan a “Bloody super duper star” and described Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar and Ranbir Kapoor as “Bloody superstars.”
Shahid Kapoor was also all praise for his wife Mira Rajput. The actor was just asked about the one thing he loves about Mira but he went on to list her many qualities. “Love the human being that she is, she is a really solid, honest, clear and real person. Of course, she is beautiful, has the prettiest smile, she is very intelligent, but just that goodness. She is really a good human being and very genuine,” said Shahid. He hilariously added that he “barely tolerates” her “sleeping habits.”
Shahid Kapoor was last seen in Raj and DK's web series Farzi, which is streaming on Prime Video. Bloody Daddy, which features the actor in a ruthless role, will premiere on Jio Cinema this Friday.
