Diljit Dosanjh has been winning hearts across the globe with his back-to-back gigs at the Coachella, one of the biggest music festivals of the world. Guess who went to watch the singer's performance at Coachella? YouTuber Lilly Singh. She shared pictures the festival with Diljit Dosanjh and she wrote in her caption: "Haanji. My brother Diljit Dosanjh turned Coachella into a Mela." Giving the loudest shout out to Diljit, Lilly Singh wrote, "I've never been to Coachella before and admittedly never really had a desire to go. But when your boy is putting on for the culture and making history, there's no question I was going to do the 6 hour total commute and support. And I would do it 5 times over again for the GOAT."
She added in her post, "So proud of Diljit for not only pushing the limits, but doing it with grace and swag on. On a personal note, I also greatly appreciate how supportive Diljit is of me and how vocal he is in general about supporting each other, especially Desi women. That's on some culture changing, role model behavior. Thank you for your example and amplification of love." She signed off the post with these words: "And the last thing I'll say is, never sleep on Punjabis. That crowd was more lit and louder than any other section of the festival and I said what I said. Good day."
In a separate Instagram post, Lilly Singh wrote, "This is the joy that representation brings. Because we were born to shine baby. Thank you Diljit Dosanjh for always inviting me to have a great time. Vibe teri meri definitely milthi ah. Here to support you always brother. Special shoutout to all the lovely Bhangra dancers I met backstage. Extra respect on your name because I know that life and it was 10000 degrees on that stage. Proud of you. I'm writing this caption while doing bhatka in your honour. So much greatness can happen when we support each other. I'm so proud of this moment and cannot wait for several more just like it! We out here."
