Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's wedding festivities have begun and how. The ladkewale made their way to the venue, dressed in their festive best. Later, Neetu, Riddhima and Samara changed changed into their festive best for the mehendi ceremony, also attended by other Kapoors- sisters Kareena-Karisma and filmmaker Karan Johar. Ranbir's mom and veteran actress Neetu Kapoor, his sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, brother-in-law Bharat Sahni, niece Samara were picture being driven to Mumbai apartment complex Vastu for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's mehendi, scheduled to take place this afternoon. Mom of the groom-to-be was all smiles. Neetu Kapoor greeted the paparazzi stationed outside the venue with a bright smile and a Namaste.

Sources close to the family confirmed to NDTV that tomorrow, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will get married. The wedding will take place at their flat in Vastu building at 3 pm.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's love story began on the sets of Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, their first project together. The stars made their first public appearance together at Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's wedding reception in Mumbai in 2018.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, who have been open about dating each other for a few years, had this to say about wedding plans earlier this year - Ranbir Kapoor told NDTV:"I won't give out a date during a media interaction. But Alia and I have all the intentions of getting married soon, so yes, hopefully soon." Alia Bhatt too has been open about her intentions of marrying Ranbir Kapoor for the longest time. She told NDTV earlier this year: "In my head, I am married to Ranbir, in fact, I am married to Ranbir in my head for a long time."
