There has been this rumour that R Madhavan had to sell off his house in Chennai to fund 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect', which he produced, directed and acted in. The 'Sakhi' actor has put the record straight. He didn't have to sell his house. Moreover, he has made handsome profits from the biopic.
"Please don’t over-patronize my sacrifice. I did not lose my house or anything. In fact, all involved in making the movie will be very proudly paying heavy Income Tax this year by God's grace. We all made very good and proud profits. I still love and live in my house," Madhavan clarified.
